Ses Rotes
Ses Rotes is located on edge of the mountains of the Serra de Tramuntana in a south facing direction. At a slightly higher altitude & with the prevailing sea breeze down the valley, the temperature is a few degrees cooler than the more traditional wine areas of Mallorca.
Our Pinot Noir & Syrah fields are nestled at the top of the estate, with Garnacha & Sauvignon on the terraces. The Callet & Sauvignon make up the majority of our crop and are either side of the Palme tree driveway.

Our Team
Andreu Oliver Tril
The captain of our ship is the legendary winemaker Andreu from Mallorca – For such a young guy, Andreu is hugely experienced and has a vast knowledge.
Jaume Fullana
Jaume is our leader on the fields, he learnt his trade at Es Verger, his family’s winery in mountains behind Esporles.
Gaspar Alemany
Gaspar is a graduate from the University of the Balearic Islands. He left with a degree in engineering & rural environment… with an additional focus on viticulture and oenology.
Our Wines
Easy Drinking, Lots of Flavour, Lots of Gibbering!
We are sporty people & love a bit of fun. We love a long afternoon lunch or early evening drinks. In the heat of the Mallorcan summer, we prefer our wines to light and easy drinking.
We are big fans of the greener/fresher tasting Sauvignon Blancs from New Zealand, the lighter Rosés from Provence & younger Mallorcan reds.
Bolder Wines
We also appreciate a glass or two with our food. We are developing a range of wines that compliment a dining experience.
On a piazza in Florence, Dan & Emelie fell in love… with Orange wine!
We have created a Sauvignon Blanc Orange wine that will perfectly accompany food in the warmer summer evenings.
We also have Syrah resting in French oak Barrells from 2021 harvest.
