Nicolas Aubert opened Es Taller in the Summer of 2018. Located in a former mechanic’s workshop on a quiet street in Valldemossa. The carefully designed open space, offers a bright & airy feeling during the day and a cozy warm feeling of an evening. With a terrace and a garden, where the vegetables and spices used in cooking grow naturally, under the attentive care of the team.
The contemporary restaurant serves delicious tapas and Mediterranean cuisine using the finest fresh and local ingredients, with plenty of vegetarian options. Our favourites include Fried squid with crispy chickpeas and curry mayo, Mixed seafood and fish ceviche & Majorcan Lamb Cous Cous – don’t forget Nico’s magical Banoffee dessert
